It looks like it's working, reset button works, pressing other buttons has some effect. I think this was one of the first auto-dialers to send recorded messages over the telephone line. It seems to have a tape-reader of some kind. Ofcourse I cannot test it any further, so SOLD AS-IS, SOLD AS DEFECTIVE. Rare apparatus, see pictures for details, vintage tech.
