This is a vintage, Pioneer single-disc CD player model no. PD-7010. It is in excellent cosmetic condition with some minor wear as shown from previous ownership and age. This one does have the faux mahogany casing on the sides. It powers on just fine but I wasn't able to test it any further because the "open/close" button does not work and its remote control is missing. It could very well work but I can't guarantee it so this is being sold as-is for parts or repair.
